Will I really get a call back the same day?
Yes. Message by 9pm on a weekday, or by 7pm at the weekend, and Vinny calls you back that day. Later than that, you get a call the next day. Tell us the best time to reach you and we'll call then.
Are these the final prices?
They're guide prices from our fee list. Your exact fee is confirmed in writing before we start, and it's subject to an engagement letter so both sides know what's covered.
Why don't you charge VAT?
Planet Accounting isn't VAT registered, so there's no VAT on our invoices. If you're not VAT registered either, that's a genuine saving of 20% compared with a firm that does charge it.
Can I switch from my current accountant?
Yes, at any point in the year. We contact your old accountant for the handover, and you don't have to have that conversation yourself.
